Refund policy
At Specstyler, we stand by the quality of our eyewear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product are included.
- The product is unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Return Instructions
Returning defective or damaged products is simple. Follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at connect@specstyler.com to request a Return Authorization and receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all included accessories and documentation are present.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the package, making sure any previous shipping labels are covered.
- Drop off the package at any Post location or arrange for pickup.
3. Processing Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow extra time for your financial institution to process the refund.
- If you have requested an exchange, we will send out the replacement product as soon as possible after processing your return.
4. Warranty & Manufacturer Defects
- All prescription eyewear is covered by a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

5. Size & Colour Differences
- If you experience fit issues with your eyewear, please refer to the product sizing details before purchasing. While we do our best to provide accurate size measurements, minor variations may occur.
- The colours of our eyewear may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting variations. These differences are not considered defects.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom prescription lenses are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
- Returns for reasons other than defects or damage will not be accepted.
